Knowledge and experience:

• Strong knowledge of PHP with substantial professional experience

Responsibilities:

• Working on major IT-Decision business web application and cloud communication APIs
• Working with IT-Decision SMS-Platform processes optimization/automation, error handling, logging, monitoring, etc.
• On this position you will work with solving issues with existing code, including bugs and with improvements / new features
• The candidate will work with server-side and also with a front-end development

Knowledge and experience:

• Technical degree and 1+ years of experiences in technical support
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with the ticket system
• Linux like OS knowledge, system administration
• Knowledge of SLA, ITIL, ITSM
• Protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, SMPP and knowledge in GSM / SMS standarts, XML
• Knowledge and understanding of PHP is a plus
