CHALLENGE:

The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraineneeded a reliable provider of SMS and Viberbusiness messaging services to improveand provide high quality and secured communications with customers. The number of clients and active bank users actively increasing,and, in this regard, the goal was set to implement more effective tools for bank users’ verifications, as well sending confirmations and reminders to the clients, via the most secured communications channels SMS and Viber for business.

SOLUTION:

To optimize communications processes, SMS and Viber business messaging serviceshave been integrated viaDecisionTelecom’s API.Also has been registered official Bank Brand name, that will be used as a sender of business SMS and Viber messages. Automated message flow has been created: SMS messages remained the main channel, but if the message isn’t delivered to SMS channel, then it will be automatically resending via Viber business messaging channel, which not only increased the delivery rate, but also reduced costs.DecisionTelecom’sViber forbusinesshas provided to the bank with the opportunity to interact with clients at preferred channel and boost engagement.Also, DecisionTelecom well-designed web platform provides access to different analytics tools, that helps to improve the quality of service.
